An informal Question and Answer session lead by one of our volunteers. Bring your problems questions and with our philosophy of “members helping members” the group will use our collective knowledge to help you find a solution.
6:50 – 7:00 – Announcements and Break
Refreshments will be available during the break. As a courtesy to other members, we request the refreshments not be opened until our scheduled break. Please, help yourself to the coffee at anytime.

Rick demos this simple recipe management for everyone: from aspiring cooks to professional chefs. Paprika features web importing, grocery lists and meal planning, and more
7:30 – 7:50 – Advanced TextExpander – Katie
Building on Miranda’s presentation from July, Katie will dig into some of the more advanced techniques for using TextExpander including Fill-in Snippets, organizing your snippet library and more.
7:50 – 8:00 – Prize Drawing
We invite you to participate in our monthly prize drawing. A selection of Apple and/or technology related prizes will be available. Please see the treasurer no later than 15 minutes prior to the drawing to purchase your tickets.
8:00 – 8:30 Apple Event Recap
Apple is holding a special event on September 9th, just two days before our scheduled meeting. Perhaps we’ll see new iPhones, more information about iOS 8 or the new operating system Yosemite or the long-rumored iWatch. We’ll have a recap of all the important announcements.
