The next meeting of the MacPeople Gainesville Area Macintosh Users Group will be on Thursday, August 14, 2014, from 6:00-8:30 pm in the University of Florida Entomology-Nematology Bldg., room 1031 (building in the woods just east of the Performing Arts Center). Need Directions?

6:00 – 6:50 –  Question and Answer
An informal Question and Answer session lead by one of our volunteers. Bring your problems questions and with our philosophy of “members helping members” the group will use our collective knowledge to help you find a solution.

6:50 – 7:00 – Announcements and Break
Refreshments will be available during the break. As a courtesy to other members, we request the refreshments not be opened until our scheduled break. Please, help yourself to the coffee at anytime.

7:00 – 7:20 – PopClip – Ellen
PopClip is an application for your Mac. Once installed, the PopClip menu appears when you select text with your mouse on your Mac. Instantly copy & paste, and access actions like search, spelling, dictionary and over 110 more. Ellen gives us an overview of this useful utility and how it can be used to increase productivity.
